The Alma is most easily accessed by train:

The pub is right opposite the entrance to Wandsworth Town station, which is easily accessed by very frequent trains from London Waterloo in about 15 minutes. Trains also depart from here towards Weybridge and Kingston.

Alternatively, the venue is a short bus ride from Clapham Junction station. Make sure to go down to the subway from the platform rather than taking the elevated footbridge, exit via the shopping centre / St John’s Hill exit and take any bus from Stop M opposite. Alight at Huguenot Place / Alma Road (4 stops), cross the road and walk down Alma Road to The Alma.

East Putney Underground station (District line) is a short bus ride from the venue. Take any bus from stop EA opposite and to the left of the station exit, and alight at East Hill / Alma Road (6 stops). From here, walk down Alma Road to The Alma.

Bus routes 28 and 44 also run right past the venue. These buses run between London Victoria and Wandsworth or Tooting.
